Suggested villa for 2011 vacation in Italy

I would like to suggest the following property to anyone who wants to spend his 2011 vacation in Italy.

Villa Arancio, in the green hills of Umbria, the heart of Italy.
The villa is located near a small cute town called Trestin in the north of Umbria, just 25 kms from Gubbio, 30 from Assisi and 40 from Perugia. Shops and typical restaurant are only 1 km far.  The villa has a large private park. it is in a quiet place far from the noises and in a total privacy.

Villa Arancio has a rustic living room and a pool room; the dining room is very large and has a fireplace. Also the kitchen is full equipped with fridge, oven, frezer, wasdisher. The villa has 8 bedrooms in total, 5 at the frist floor and 3 at the second floor. There are 6 bathrooms. The villa can hosts a maximum of 15 persons. The villa has also satellite Tv and phone line. Outside there are a private swimming pool and tennis court.

This is a new blog that is supposed to help those people who want to visit Italy and do not have a clue about where to go and what to see. This blog specifically deals with central Italy regions, that are Tuscany (Florence, Chianti, Siena, San Gimignano, Cortona, Pisa), Umbria (Perugia, Orvieto, Todi, Assisi, Gubbio, Trasimeno), Latium (Rome, Bolsena,  Civita di Bagnoregio, Tivoli) and Marches (Senigallia, Ascoli).

To start learning about central Italy, let’s consider the area we are talking about. All those towns and regions between Florence (north) and Rome (south) are hereby considered central Italy.
